We’ve been blessed to serve our neighbors facing hunger and homelessness through the new Community Kitchen Program (formerly “Feed the Hungry”). This program is a collaboration with the Mormon Church (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints) and Amazing Grace Lutheran Church. St. Mary prepares and serves sack lunches and a hot lunch to the needy every Tuesday except the first Tuesday of the month. The first Tuesday of the month is hosted by the Lutheran Church and every Thursday is hosted by the Mormon community, both of whom serve sack lunches. The hours are approximately 11:30 am until 12:45 pm or until the food runs out.
